What to expect
Colombian streamer Westcol’s fight event puts a robot bout on its card for the first time: his humanoid against one belonging to the singer Blessd. Westcol says he paid over US$100,000 for his robot, which stands about 1.73 m and is being taught its moves by programmed commands. The maker is unconfirmed. It is already famous: on 8 October it hit him on the back of the head during a live stream, broke part of the set and fell over.
Why we list it
It is the biggest audience a humanoid fight has had so far, and it will show what happens when robots perform in front of a crowd with no published safety rules.
